Selection Process of Jharkhand Police Exam 2024
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to be eligible for the Jharkhand Police Exam 2024:
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
- Age:
- For Constable: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2024. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government norms.

- Educational Qualification:
- For Constable: 10th pass from a recognized board.

- For Sub-Inspector: The PET will include the following events:
- Race: 1600 meters in 6 minutes
- High Jump: 1.4 meters
- Long Jump: 5 meters
- Shot Put: 7.26 kg for men and 4 kg for women
3. Medical Examination:
- Candidates who qualify in the PET will be required to undergo a medical examination. The medical examination will be conducted by a panel of doctors appointed by the Jharkhand Police.
4. Document Verification:
- Candidates who qualify in the medical examination will be required to submit their original documents for verification.
5. Final Merit List:
- The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance of candidates in the written exam, PET, and medical examination.
