Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of India.

Age Limit:

  • Constable (GD): 18 to 23 years (relaxation for reserved categories)

Exam Pattern

Constable (GD)

Stage Description
Stage 1: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Candidates must clear the following tests:
* Race: 1.6 km in 6 minutes 30 seconds (for males) and 7 minutes 30 seconds (for females)
* High Jump: 1.2 meters (for males) and 1 meter (for females)
* Long Jump: 4.5 meters (for males) and 3.5 meters (for females)

Stage 2: Physical Standard Test (PST) Candidates must clear the following tests:

Stage 4: Medical Examination Candidates who qualify in the written exam will be called for a medical examination.

Stage 6: Final Merit List The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the written exam and the physical tests.

Stage Description

* Arithmetic and Data Interpretation: 100 questions
* English Language: 100 questions
