Eligibility Criteria for CGTET 2024
To be eligible for the CGTET 2024 exam, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
- Educational Qualification:
- For Paper 1 (Classes I-V): Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
- For Paper 2 (Classes VI-VIII): Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent qualification, along with a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in the CGTET exam.

The CGTET 2024 exam will be conducted in two papers:
