The Bihar State Eligibility Test (SET) is a state-level eligibility test conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in various universities and colleges of Bihar. The exam is conducted twice a year, usually in the months of June and December.

Eligibility Criteria for Bihar SET Exam 2024

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
  • Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in the Bihar SET exam.
