CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the ‘kanwariyas’ (devotees of Shiva) coming to Uttarakhand for the forthcoming kanwar yatra will be motivated to plant a sapling each in the state.
The CM said the Plants can be named after the devotees and will be looked after by the . “The devotees collect water from the Ganga in Haridwar and offer it to Lord Shiva, who fulfills their wishes. Uttarakhand offers pure air and Environment to the country and the world,” the CM said at an event.
