The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) is a state-level eligibility test conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) for candidates aspiring to become teachers in primary and upper primary schools in Uttar Pradesh. The exam is conducted twice a year, usually in the months of January and July.
