This year, it falls on June 10, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Ganga Dussehra is a Hindu festival that celebrates the descent of the Ganges River from heaven to earth. According to Hindu mythology, the river Ganga was brought down to earth by the god Vishnu at the request of the sage Bhagiratha.
