He graduated from the Government Law College, Chandigarh, in 1979 and was enrolled as an advocate on 1st July 1980. He practiced law in the Punjab and Haryana High Court for over 25 years.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Ravi Shankar Jha was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on 1st January 2006.
