East Timor is located in Southeast Asia. It is the easternmost country of the Indonesian archipelago. It is bordered by Indonesia to the west and north, and the Timor Sea to the south and east. The capital and largest city is Dili.<\/p>\n

East Timor is a member of the United Nations, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), and the Non-Aligned Movement. It is also a founding member of the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP).<\/p>\n
