The first amendment was made in 1951, the second amendment was made in 1976, the third amendment was made in 1977, and the fourth amendment was made in 1985.<\/p>\n<p>The first amendment was made to insert the words &#8220;secular&#8221; and &#8220;socialist&#8221; in the Preamble. The second amendment was made to remove the right to property from the list of fundamental rights. The third amendment was made to restore the right to property to the list of fundamental rights. It sets out the basic principles and objectives of the Constitution. The Preamble is not a part of the Constitution, but it is an important part of the Constitution. The Preamble is used to interpret the Constitution.
