It works by comparing the images from each eye to create a 3D image of the scene.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Motion parallax<\/strong> is the apparent change in the position of objects as they move relative to the viewer. It can be used to perceive depth by comparing the positions of objects in two consecutive images.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Texture gradients<\/strong> are changes in the brightness or color of an image that can be used to indicate depth. For example, a road that is closer to the viewer will appear to have a steeper texture gradient than a road that is further away.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shading<\/strong> is the variation in brightness of an object due to the way that light hits it.
