Electromagnetic waves are ordered by their frequency and wavelength in the electromagnetic spectrum. From longest wavelength to shortest (and lowest frequency to highest), the order is typically: Radio waves, Microwaves, Infra-red radiation, Visible light, Ultra-violet radiation, X-rays, Gamma rays.
