Section 35 of the Jammu & Kashmir Constitution deals with the Chief Minister of the State. It states that the Chief Minister shall be the head of the State and shall be appointed by the Governor. Section 42 of Jammu and Kashmir Constitution deals with the Advocate General of the State.
