The minimum age to become a member of Panchayat is 21 years. This is as per the provisions of the Panchayats (Extension to Scheduled Areas) Act, 1996. The Act provides that a person shall be eligible for election as a member of a Panchayat if he/she is a citizen of India, has completed the age of 21 years on the date of nomination, is not a member of any other local authority, is not an undischarged insolvent, is not a person of unsound mind and is not a person who has been convicted of an offence and sentenced to imprisonment for two years or more.

Option A is incorrect because the minimum age to become a member of Panchayat is 21 years, not 22 years.

Option B is incorrect because the minimum age to become a member of Panchayat is 21 years, not 21 years.

Option C is incorrect because the minimum age to become a member of Panchayat is 21 years, not 23 years.

Option D is incorrect because the minimum age to become a member of Panchayat is 21 years, not 25 years.
