It states that “Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing provisions of this Part, the President may, by order, direct that the representation of any State in the House of the People shall be such as to include two members of the Anglo-Indian community to be nominated by the President.”

Article 221 deals with the appointment of the Chief Justice of India. Article 222 deals with the appointment of the Governors of States. Article 223 deals with the appointment of the Chief Justices and Judges of the High Courts.
