Hima Das, also known as the ‘Dhing Express’, is an Indian sprinter who specializes in the 400 metres. She is the first Indian athlete to win a gold medal at the IAAF World U20 Championships. She is also the first Indian woman to win a gold medal at the Asian Games in track and field.
