Randeep Hooda is a film actor from Rohtak district in Haryana. He was born on 20 August 1976 in Rohtak, Haryana, India. He is the son of Puran Singh Hooda and Nirmal Hooda. He has one brother, Vijay Hooda. He did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Rohtak and graduated from the University of Delhi with a degree in Economics. He started his career as a model and then moved to acting. He made his acting debut in the 2004 film “Highway”. He has since appeared in films such as “Rang De Basanti” (2006), “Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai” (2010), “Jannat 2” (2012), “Sarbjit” (2016), and “Simmba” (2018). He has also starred in the web series “Extraction” (2020).
