The correct answer is D. India.

The FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017 was the 17th edition of the FIFA U-17 World Cup, the biennial international youth football championship contested by the men’s under-17 national teams of the member associations of FIFA. It was held in India from 6 to 28 October 2017. It was the first time that India had hosted a FIFA tournament.

A total of 24 teams qualified to compete in the tournament, including the automatically qualified host nation India. The final tournament took place in six venues across six cities in India: New Delhi, Guwahati, Kolkata, Kochi, Navi Mumbai, and Goa.

The final match was played between England and Venezuela at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata. England won the match 3–1 in a penalty shootout after the match was drawn 1–1 after extra time. This was England’s first title in the tournament, and their first title in any FIFA tournament since the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
