Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of India.

Age Limit:
* For General Duty (GD) Branch: 19 to 25 years (as on 01 January 2024)
* For Electrical (Electrical) Branch: 19 to 27 years (as on 01 January 2024)
* For Naval Architect (Naval Architecture) Branch: 19 to 27 years (as on 01 January 2024)
* For Education (Education) Branch: 19 to 27 years (as on 01 January 2024)
* For Logistics (Logistics) Branch: 19 to 27 years (as on 01 January 2024)
* For Meteorology and Oceanography (Meteorology & Oceanography) Branch: 19 to 27 years (as on 01 January 2024)
* For Law (Law) Branch: 19 to 27 years (as on 01 January 2024)
* For Public Relations (Public Relations) Branch: 19 to 27 years (as on 01 January 2024)

Educational Qualification:
* For General Duty (GD) Branch: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
* For Electrical (Electrical) Branch: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.
* For Naval Architect (Naval Architecture) Branch: A Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture from a recognized University.
* For Education (Education) Branch: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized University.
* For Logistics (Logistics) Branch: A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Management, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University.
* For Meteorology and Oceanography (Meteorology & Oceanography) Branch: A Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology, Oceanography, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University.
* For Law (Law) Branch: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University.
* For Public Relations (Public Relations) Branch: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University.

Physical Standards:
* Height: Minimum 157 cm for men and 152 cm for women.
* Chest: Minimum 79 cm for men (expansion of at least 5 cm).
* Weight: Proportional to height and age.

Medical Standards: Candidates must be medically fit as per the standards prescribed by the Indian Navy.
