Medaram Jatara is the second-largest fair in India, after the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/kumbh-mela\">Kumbh Mela<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Medaram Jatara is conducted in honor of the Goddesses Sammakka and Saralamma.
