Dealers have projected a series of long-term benefit of such a policy.<\/p>\n<p>There are provisions proposed for a <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/discount\">DISCOUNT<\/a> on new cars against a vehicle scrappage certificate, which go up to 4-5% of the ex-showroom cost of the vehicle.
