These regulations include the Green Energy Tariff, Green Certificate, and Ratings. For this, RERC has issued the draft Terms and Conditions for Tariff Determination from  Sources (First Amendment) Regulations, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The new regulations allow consumers to choose whether they want to buy green energy for a portion or all of their energy consumption. They can ask their distribution licensee to provide the desired amount of green energy.
