Genco started generating 1,400 MW from all its units. The government has been arguing that the state had been drawing its rightful share of water from the Krishna and said Srisailam is primarily a hydel power generation project.<\/mark><\/p>\n<p><mark>The Telangana cabinet also insisted that water allocation should be 50:50 for Telangana and AP.
