The investment region initially developed over 422 hectares and expected to attract $2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>There are three PCPIR regions in country  Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh andOdisha. Pachpadra would be the fourth PCPIR region if theCentreapproves it.
