The Jharkhand cabinet approved 40 proposals. Jharkhand Property Rules 2022 amended. With this the formula of holding was changed. Now holding tax will be determined by taking the Average<\/a> rate of property in all the municipal bodies in a division. The same educational institutions running without profit or loss will now have to pay only 25 per cent holding tax. Coaching institutes will not benefit. 75% holding tax will be waived.<\/p>\n
