Municipal Corporation Indore had issued green bonds worth Rs 244 crore for setting up a 60 Megawatt solar power plant in Khargone.<\/p>\n

In just two and a half hours, 300 crores were collected through green bonds and till last evening bonds worth 650 crores were filled. People have filled bonds trusting the ongoing activities for green energy in the state. This has given cities a new way to raise funds for development.
