Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has appealed to the citizens to send one brick each to Salkanpur after performing worship rituals from their homes for the construction of the grand and divine Devi-Lok to be built at Salkanpur in Sehore district. The CM said that the bhoomi-pujan for construction of Devi-Lok will be done on May 31 and a campaign to collect bricks will be launched from May 15. The Chief Minister was addressing the devotees and villagers from Vyas Peeth at Siyagahan village of Budhni Janpad on Wednesday at Shatchandi Mahayagya and Khedapati Shiv Parivar Pratishtha ceremony. Member of Parliament Ramakant Bhargava was also present.<\/p>\n

Chouhan undertook a parikrama of the Yagya and received blessings from Mahamandaleshwar Girish Das Ji Maharaj, Janmeya Maharaj and Pragya Didi at the Katha Sthal. The Chief Minister was honoured by wearing him a crown. The CM handed over the worn crown to the organisers and said that whenever poor daughters get married here, they should be presented Bichhori. Describing the crown as the highest honour, Chief Minister promise to maintain the honour and respect of all the people of the village.<\/p>\n

Chouhan said that the has implemented several schemes for the Empowerment<\/a> of Women<\/a>. He said that the entire panchayat in Siyagahan including the sarpanch is of sisters and it is a miracle of 50 percent reservation for women in local institutions. The CM said that the Ladli Bahna Yojana will also improve the economic condition of the sisters and boost their prestige.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
