He spared Rs 54,228 crore for different welfare schemes to be implemented in the coming fiscal.<br \/> Entire Rs 54,228 crore will be disbursed to the eligible poor through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). The state has so far transferred Rs 1.97 lakh crore to the poor through welfare schemes in the last four years at an <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/average\">Average<\/a> of Rs 49,000 crore per year.<\/p>\n<p>The finance minister put the  at Rs 2,28,540 crore while the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/capital-expenditure\">Capital Expenditure<\/a> is Rs 31,061 crore. He said that <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/revenue-deficit\">Revenue Deficit<\/a> is Rs 22,316 crore. The <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/fiscal-deficit\">Fiscal Deficit<\/a> is Rs 54,587 crore which is just 3.7 per cent of the projected GSDP of the state. Finance minister said that the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/growth\">Growth<\/a> rate in AP is the highest in the country with 11.43 per cent.<br \/> While <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/<a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/health\">Health<\/a>-sector&#8221;>Health sector<\/a> got Rs 15,882 crore, school <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/education\">Education<\/a> got Rs 29,690.71 crore. Similarly, <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/<a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/agriculture\">Agriculture<\/a>-notes-for-state-psc-exams&#8221;>Agriculture<\/a> sector was granted Rs 11,589 crore.
