One passes through Yamunanagar, Ambala, Kurukshetra, Pehowa, Kaithal, Jind, Fatehabad and Sirsa before entering Hanumangarh in Rajasthan. The second represents the Drishadwati river, which is a tributary of the Saraswati in Vedic times, passes through Yamunanagar, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Jind and Hisar districts before flowing through Rawatsar in Rajasthan.<\/p>\n<p>The study found that the old bathing ghats (banks) at Bilaspur and Saraswati Nagar in Yamunanagar district, at Bhadrakali Temple in Kurukshetra and at Saraswati Tirtha, Thehpolar and Satora in Pehowa and at Thana in Kaithal are located on the same Saraswati paleo-channel which goes from Adi Badri in Yamunanagar to Sirsa in Haryana and further beyond into Rajasthan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Saraswati is not a myth and the river used to flow inHaryanatill early 15th century (1402 AD), finds a new study of the Centre of Excellence for Research on the Saraswati River (CERSR) in Kurukshetra University.
