If the government goes through with its proportional-quota plan, it could take reservation in Chhattisgarh to 81%  possibly the highest in the country.<\/p>\n<p>There are indications that theBhupesh Baghelgovernment is mulling 32% quota for STs, 12% for SCs and 27% reservation for OBCs.
