Instead, a panel is to be found to settle on the eligible candidates.<\/p>\n<p> <strong><u>Highlights:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The government is following in the footsteps of the central government. The central government chooses the Padma awardees by itself.<\/p>\n<p>No applications are received from the candidates. The award is additionally called Rajyotsava Prahasti.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the second-highest civilian award within the state presented on November 1.
