Chhattisgarh’s Health<\/a> and Family Welfare Department met on Wednesday to strengthen health Services<\/a> and ensure Health for All through government hospitals.<\/p>\n

Its Secretary Prasanna R organized a meeting of national and international partner organizations and NGOs to discuss in detail how to strengthen the health services in the state.<\/p>\n

Prasanna underlined the need to work on the theme Health for All. The institutions should provide quality services to the people, he said.<\/p>\n

He told the representatives of various organizations that any deficiency in providing health services to the people at the ground level should be intimated to the department.<\/p>\n

This can help eliminate the shortcomings and improve the health facilities.<\/p>\n

He called for reducing the infant mortality and maternal mortality rates.<\/p>\n
