It has been decided to prepare an agricultural policy to make the farmers debt-free and to make farmers adopt innovative techniques. In this connection, for the first time in the HISTORY<\/a> of Punjab, the Chief Minister organized a Sarkar-Kisaan Milni, said the state Agriculture Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal on Monday.<\/p>\n
