It assumes importance in the wake of the state witnessing multiple types of disasters and requiring the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/services\">Services<\/a> of experts.<\/p>\n<p>The advantage that ILDM has is that the organization deals with training government officials in these matters, and comprises experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in disciplines such as agronomy, <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/geography-notes-for-state-psc-exams\">Geography<\/a>, disaster management and social work.
