The five judicial districts where the LADC offices will come up are Bemetara, Balod, Kondagaon, Dantewada and Jashpur.<\/p>\n<p>The need for reform in the existing free legal aid model was recognized by NALSA during its 25th anniversary. In response, a pilot project was launched in 12 districts, including Bilaspur, to establish LADC offices.
