He also told the officials to encourage allied sectors in agriculture that provide additional income to farmers. He said changes must be felt at the grassroots level and added that construction of all structures, including warehouses, should be expedited.<\/p>\n<p>The chief minister said a custom hiring centre for <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/organic-farming\">Organic Farming<\/a> should be set up at every RBK by next year and directed officials to create awareness among famers.
