The council has published the name of the 12 institutes of six zones across the country.<\/p>\n<p>KGMU has been selected from the central zone which includes Uttar Pradesh, Bihar,<u>Chhattisgarh<\/u>and Madhya Pradesh.<\/p>\n<p>The central research agency had sought applications from interested institutions to participate in the Indian clinical trial and <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/education\">Education<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/network\">Network<\/a> (INTENT) programme. KGMUs application was selected after scrutiny and it was approved that the medical university will act as an advanced centre for clinical trials. ICMR is developing a centralised network in selected medical institutions and medical universities, which would run clinical trials of drugs, therapies and <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/vaccines\">Vaccines<\/a>.
