To apply under Noni Sashaktikaran Sahayata Yojana, a labourer must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh and registered with the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Only adult, unmarried daughters of labourers can avail of the scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, one or both parents of the girl should be registered with the labour board for at least a year. The dependent daughter, for whom the application will be filed, should not be registered as a beneficiary with any other department or BOC board, said officials.<\/p>\n<p>The  can be used for education of daughters, employment, skill upgrade, self-employment, and marriage.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme is a step towards making <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/women\">Women<\/a> self-reliant, said officials of the labour department.
