He is likely to propose new policies to that effect in his maiden budget to be presented in March.<\/p>\n<p>Experts, while seeing the potential in the states <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/economy\">economy<\/a>, have warned the government that the target cannot be achieved unless the chief minister brings much-needed reforms in terms of revenue mobilisation, <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/growth\">Growth<\/a>-oriented policies and plugging loopholes in the administration.<\/p>\n<p>Prasad said the government is looking at policies to improve the contribution of all three sectors  <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/services\">Services<\/a>, manufacturing and <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/<a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/agriculture\">Agriculture<\/a>-notes-for-state-psc-exams&#8221;>Agriculture<\/a>  to the GSDP.
