It is a good sign.<\/p>\n<p>A committee has been announced to study the social changes due to implementation of the schemes, he said.<\/p>\n<p>On Rural Industrial Parks (RIP), Baghel said the government will set them up in each block for which government land and Rs 2 crore have been approved.<\/p>\n<p>Approach roads and electricity will be made available at half rate.
