District courts inMadhya Pradeshhave disposed of 5.13 lakh cases amidst pandemic inducedlockdownmostly throughdigital hearingto remain in top ten of the countrys provinces list.<\/p>\n

The district courts across the country disposed of 97.21 lakh cases between March 2020 and June this year including 5.13 lakh ones in Madhya Pradesh, showed a reply of union minister of law KirenRijijuin Lok Sabha during the last monsoon session.<\/p>\n

With this, Madhya Pradesh remained at seventh position in disposing of cases among all states and union territories in the country in this period.<\/p>\n

The states like Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka secured first and second position after disposing over 10 lakh cases during this pandemic induced lockdown period. The district courts in UP disposed of 19.19 lakh cases and those in Karnataka dealt with 12.39 lakh in between March 2020 and June this year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
