“Humans are an integral part of nature. Destruction of nature is nothing but our own destruction and one day, we will face the consequences. All of us must grow and live with nature,” Siddaramaiah said at the World Environment<\/a> Day celebrations organised by the department of environment, ECOLOGY<\/a> and forest andKarnatakaState Pollution Control Board.<\/p>\n

Recalling his previous decision to ban the usage of single-use plastic in 2016 much before the Centre’s ban, Siddaramaiah said, “Nature has given us everything. We should also give something back.
