TheHaryana governmenthas come up with a new policy for grant of change of land use (CLU) for setting up starred hotels, restaurants, and allied activities in residential and commercial sectors. As per the policy, released on June 30 by the town and country planning department, a minimum of two acre and maximum of four acre area would be required for setting up a starred hotel.<\/p>\n
The maximum ground coverage in this category would be 40% of the total area. Similarly forrestaurant-cum-recreational places, minimum of one acre and a maximum of four acres would be required, and 40% maximum ground coverage is allowed. For a restaurant, a minimum of 1,000 square metres and maximum of 4,000 square metres would be needed, in which 60% maximum ground coverage would be permissible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
