The has approved two town planning (TP) schemes for Uruli Devachi andPhursungi. These are the first TP schemes after a gap of nearly 40 years in Pune.<\/p>\n

They included two schemes in Phursungi and one in Uruli Devachi. One scheme has been approved for each area.<\/p>\n

The approved scheme in Uruli Devachi is on 110 hectares and the other at Phursungi is on 261 hectares. The administration had carried out a survey and prepared a report.
