This is the first AI-powered system created to improve government grievance redressal.<\/p>\n

Based on the contents of the complaint, the AI tool developed as part of the initiative is capable of understanding its content.<\/p>\n

As a result, it is capable of automatically detecting repeat complaints or spam.<\/p>\n
