Incapacitation or destruction of such resource have debilitating impact on national security, public <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/health\">Health<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/economy\">economy<\/a>, or public safety.<\/p>\n<p>Under the IT Act 2000, the <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/union-government\">Union Government<\/a> has the power to declare any data, IT <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/network\">Network<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/database\">Database<\/a>, or communications infrastructure as Critical Information Infrastructure, in order to protect that digital asset.
