As part of the project of establishment of foreign universities in India, the Centre on Wednesday announced for setting up of two Australian universities Wollongong and Deakin in Gujarat’s ‘GIFT CITY’. Education<\/a> Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said both the universities will sign an agreement on setting up their campuses next week during Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s maiden visit to India.<\/p>\n

The announcement comes just a month after the Centres university regulator- (UGC)-
