Data available with the state’s real estate regulatory authority’s portal states that a total of 461 housing projects have been registered till July 28, 2021. During the corresponding period of last year, 377 projects were registered with TNRERA.<\/p>\n

This year, 135 new housing projects came under the ambit of the state’s real estate regulator from May 7 to July 28. Around 100 projects that were registered in the past three months between May and July are coming up in Chennai, Chengalpet,KancheepuramandTiruvallurdistricts.<\/p>\n

As per the rules of Nadu Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, all ongoing housing projects with a minimum of eight units meant for sale and housing plots should be registered with the TNRERA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
