{"id":14780,"date":"2024-06-14T16:06:56","date_gmt":"2024-06-14T16:06:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/current-affairs\/?p=14780"},"modified":"2024-06-14T16:06:56","modified_gmt":"2024-06-14T16:06:56","slug":"haryana-to-launch-5-year-vehicle-scrappage-policy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/exam.pscnotes.com\/current-affairs\/haryana-to-launch-5-year-vehicle-scrappage-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Haryana to launch 5-year vehicle scrappage policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u>Haryana<\/u>is all set to introduce a five-year vehicle scrappage policy formulated in sync with the Centres Voluntary Vehicle Fleet Modernization Programme to encourage the scrapping of the vehicles that have attained the critical age of 10 years in case of diesel and 15 years in case of petrol vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>The policy draft was approved in the state cabinet meeting held on Thursday and would be tabled during the three-day winter session of the state assembly starting from December 26.
