It turns out that at least a dozen Telangana<\/a> government initiatives in various sectors such as millet promotion, energy and forest improvement are mentioned in the Aayog’s reports released in May.<\/p>\n

Telangana’s work was mentioned in the document titled ‘Best practices in social sector compendium-2023″ in two categories: Environment<\/a> and energy conservation. ‘Palle Prakruti Vanalu’ andTelangana State Energy Conservation Building Code<\/a>(ECBC) for commercial buildings were part of 75 best practices chosen from across India as successful models.
These mentions are in addition to Awards<\/a> announced on regular basis by the top policymaking body. Telangana is said to have received approximately 25% of awards in various categories over the years.
The Aayog’s recent document on millet promotion lauded Telangana’s strategy to revive its consumption and improve the nutritional content of cooked meals served to children under ICDS, thereby contributing to a reduction in stunting, anaemia and underweight Population<\/a> in the target group.<\/p>\n

The ‘Giri Poshana’ plan, which is an innovative approach to improve Nutrition<\/a> among tribal populations in theIntegrated Tribal Development Agency(ITDA) areas of Utnoor, Bhadrachalam and Eturnagaram in the state, was also mentioned in the Aayog report.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
